OFFICIAL RULES
Kuriyama of America, Inc. “Team Tundra Hose Gear” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kuriyama of America, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sponsor will ship Prizes to US addresses only, delivery times may vary.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
- Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 7th, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Three (3) drawings will be conducted during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received will be eligible for one drawing only, as described in Section 5.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
- How to Enter
To enter, visit TundraHose.com during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form with the required information, including your name, company (if applicable), email address, and state of residence, and submit the form (an “Entry”).
Limit: One (1) Entry per person per drawing period. Additional Entries received from the same person (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including by email address) for the same drawing period will be voided.
Entries must be received during the applicable drawing period to be eligible for that drawing.
- Drawings, Odds and Winner Notification
Three (3) random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received during the applicable drawing periods. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor’s independent promotional agency using a random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each drawing.
The drawings will be held on or about the following dates:
- Drawing Period 1: On or about February 21, 2026 (eligible Entries received February 1, 2026 through February 21, 2026)
- Drawing Period 2: On or about February 28, 2026 (eligible Entries received February 22, 2026 through February 28, 2026)
- Drawing Period 3: On or about March 7, 2026 (eligible Entries received March 1, 2026 through March 7, 2026)
- Prizes; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
ARV per Prize: up to $70
One (1) Team Tundra Hose USABS Fleece Jacket or Sweatshirt (size and style subject to availability). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $70 per Prize
One (1) Team Tundra USABS Limited Edition Garden Hose. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $30 per Prize
A total of twelve (12) Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion: four (4) Prizes per drawing period, with four (4) winners selected in each drawing period.
During each drawing period, one (1) winner will receive one (1) Team Tundra Hose USABS Fleece Jacket or Sweatshirt (size and style subject to availability), and three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Team Tundra USABS Limited Edition Garden Hose.
Prize type will be assigned by random drawing. No prize choice is permitted.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of Prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of comparable or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
The exact style, color, and/or size of the fleece jacket may vary and may differ from any images used in promotional materials. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to provide a requested size and style, but specific size and style availability is not guaranteed.
- Winner Selection and Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry.
Potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the date/time the notification is sent, or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries; for any technical failures of any kind; for any interruption or unavailability of the website; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise.
- Release, Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
- Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with Prize receipt and/or use.
- Governing Law, Disputes
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
- Winners List
To obtain a list of winners, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Kuriyama of America, Inc., Attn: Team Tundra Gear Sweepstakes Winners List, 150 N Martingale Rd, Suite 900, Schaumburg, IL 60173, within 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
